Sean is a legal consultant specialising in investment funds, bringing more than 25 years of international legal and advisory experience to his practice across Australia, the USA, the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Admitted as an Attorney at Law in the Cayman Islands since 2003, he advises on investment fund formation, structuring and asset management matters across the Cayman Islands, Channel Islands, Delaware, Ireland, Luxembourg and the UK. His work increasingly focuses on decentralised finance and tokenisation, alongside traditional fund and corporate advisory services, providing clients with forward-looking, commercially grounded guidance.

Sean holds a degree in Economics and a Diploma in Law from the University of Sydney and is also admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (non-practising) and as a Solicitor in England and Wales. He has held senior executive and advisory roles, served on Compliance and Investment Committees and acted as a Director of hedge funds and investment companies, earning a reputation for strong client leadership, technical rigour and deep industry insight across multiple market cycles.
