Shelley is the Managing Partner and Founder of Vale Law and Vale Compliance Solutions, bringing nearly 24 years of legal and regulatory experience to her leadership role.
A Cayman Islands attorney since 2015, she provides strategic guidance across a wide range of services including AML and CFT compliance, sanctions, local conveyancing, corporate governance, and financial regulatory obligations. Her dual perspective—as both legal advisor and compliance practitioner—ensures that clients receive coordinated, practical, and future-facing solutions.
Shelley holds a BSc in International Business from Barry University, an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Liverpool, and completed the Professional Practice Course at Truman Bodden Law School. Prior to founding Vale, she held senior roles at leading Cayman Islands firms where she advised global institutions, fund managers, and private clients. Shelley is known for her calm professionalism, sharp legal insight, and commitment to delivering flexible, high-touch service grounded in fairness and integrity.
